Our Story
How it all started
In 2017, the Lord called Pastor Cam and Jessica to plant a church in the city of Lake Elsinore. Through a series of God-directed events, they made their way into partnership with Pastor Steve and Eagle Ridge Church in 2018. Cam and Steve partnered together to make it a reality. ERC Menifee decided to support and send out Cam and Jess to plant their new church in Lake Elsinore.
Refuge City Church established a home bible study in January of 2019 with 4 families, and officially launched in September of 2019.
Expanding The Vision
We love our city! With a population around 72,000 people, we know we can’t reach them all. However, we see ourselves as a part of the larger Church body. We partner with other churches and organizations to bring the love, hope, and salvation of Jesus to our community.
